NON-TRADITIONAL MEATLOAF
A non traditional style meatloaf made up of local premium grass fed & grass
base ground beef, cheddar, tomato & bacon with mashed potatoes, gravy &
topped w/ sauteed spinach
GIANT GOAT CHEESE PIEROGI
Locally made goat cheese pierogi sauteed with shallots & topped with a garlic cream sauce.
Served with broccoli cooked with bacon & a spicy beer butter.
MANGO GLAZED GRILLED SALMON
Mango glazed grilled salmon with roasted red peppers, mushrooms & asparagus over coconut
noodles.
DRUNKEN SHRIMP OVER MUSHROOM
FETTUCCINE
Shrimp sauteed in our Mountaineer Pale Ale combined with a herb cream
sauce poured over house-made mushroom fettuccine.
EGGPLANT PARMESAN
Eggplant breaded with panko bread crumbs, parmesan cheese & herbs
over our house-made marinara sauce with melted mozzarella. Served with
garlic bread.
